   All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate information but do not guarantee it is error-free.




2. Orders & Payments
   Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (for prepaid orders). For Cash on Delivery (COD), a refundable advance is required to confirm the order.




3. Shipping & Delivery
   We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days in Sri Lanka. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Tracking is available at:

4. Returns & Exchanges
   Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products (sent by us).
   Exchanges are possible within 3 days if a video is recorded while opening the package.
   Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer are not eligible for return.




5. Pre-Orders
   All pre-orders take up to 28 days for delivery and require advance payment.




6. Intellectual Property
   All images, content, and branding on this site belong to Thanu Shopping Center (Pvt) Ltd and may not be copied without permission.




7. Privacy
   Customer data is handled securely and used only for order processing and communication.
