01. We have provide exchanges service return request to be made within 2 days of delivery
Refunds are only made in terms of exchange goods
If your pin code is not serviceable for return pickup,you may self ship the product to our address

hen you are opening product courier it is necessary to take a video so that we can see video if defective product is arrived if you are not taken any video and their is deactivate product we can not able to exchange that
03. Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
Return Request Process
Visit the WhatsApp, State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images/ open video in case of any defect/damages.
A return pickup will be initiated for orders within srilanka
Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
Order Cancellations :
Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped.
