What is your shipping time line
Our shipping time varies depending on the items you order.
• For all clothing items, it takes 2 to 6 business days (as specified under each product details).
• Fabrics and sarees will be shipped from the warehouse within 2 to 6 business days.
• For international orders, it takes 2 to 28 business days. If there are multiple items in one order, all will be shipped together.
• Business days are Monday to Friday only; weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not counted.
• Once your order is shipped from the warehouse, tracking details will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp.
Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items’ returns within srilanka. We do not extend this service out of srilanka
Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost & risk.
Where are my tracking details?
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.

For International Shipping:
Shipping charges are based on the weight (kg) of the items.
Since clothing and jewellery have different weight categories, the final shipping cost may vary.

International shipping is allowed for orders up to 50,000 rs.
Customs and import duty, if any, will have to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery, if applicable.
